Dr. Nakis was born in Chicago, and was raised in Romeoville, Illinois. Dr. Nakis graduated from Romeoville High School, and after high school was involved in an accident that left him with pain that his physicians were unable to relieve. On the insistence of his mother, he visited a local Chiropractor.  He experienced first hand, the power of Chiropractic.  Within the first couple of adjustments he was able to move with very little discomfort and at the completion of his care was pain free and back to his old self.  Where medication failed him, chiropractic did not!  Upon discovering this way of treating and helping patients in pain, Dr. Nakis found his calling.
